Ms. Pearlene is the mother of two teenagers, a daughter and son, who have taught her so much about the role of teaching. She has been in the childcare field for over sixteen years. She enjoys watching children learn through play. Ms. Pearlene enjoys working daily with children, families and teachers. She is passionate about helping children and encouraging teachers to reach their developmental and academic milestones.
